THE RADKURIER APP 24

The following information is very important and you must read completely so that you understand the app and can use it properly.

You will receive your APP access / login information from us via email 48 hours after you have completely read through the following information.

1. BASIC RULES:

You may only be logged into the app if you are actually ready to drive.

Requests from your customers must be answered by you within 30 minutes, as long as you’re logged in with Radkurier24’s app.

You ALWAYS have to logout correctly after the end of the shift from the APP (this is absolutely necessary via the button LOGOFF BUTTON in the top right of the app), so that we do not have to make a forced separation.

You work absolutely independently and on your own responsibility! For this you have to independently register a trade with the trade office and pay your taxes correctly. You regulate everything directly with the customers – nobody switches in between.

Should it come to several complaints against you, also because you do not log out correctly, we have to check that and possibly block your access to the app – you will be deleted by Radkurier24 completely!

You should always have a neat and hygienic appearance – especially with food deliveries.

Stick to the traffic rules – protect yourself with a roadworthy bike, helmets and appropriate clothing so you will not be overlooked. Keep in mind that the traffic density is increasing – so take care of yourself and other road users.

Before you go, you must tell your customer the full price of this order. He then has to confirm it to you again shortly so that the order binding between you can come about.

I have understood the basic rules and will comply with them. (Requests must be answered within 30 minutes when I am logged into the APP, I promise that I will always log out correctly as soon as I am not ready to work and I tell the customer the full price before I leave and I also respect The traffic rules I have to work independently and must register a business and correctly report my revenue to the tax office otherwise it may come in Kontrolllen / raids to high revenue estimates and / or tax back payments against me. *

2. USING:

The use of the app Radkurier24 is free

When using the app you must always allow access to the location / GPS location sharing in connection with the use of the Radkurier24 app, otherwise it is not possible to use the app.

STARTING THE APP: After downloading the App from the App Store or Google Playstore to your phone and opening it, you will be prompted for the login details (email and password).

You will receive access data via email within 48 hours after you have read through the following information and have agreed to it!

If you want to reset your position manually, click on “START TRACKING” and 3 seconds later on “TRACKING END”, then your location on the map has updated.

I understand that I need to allow location / GPS location sharing on my phone when using the Radkurier24 app, otherwise I can not use the app. *

3. OPERATION AFTER SUCCESSFUL LOGIN THE APP:

If you have successfully logged in to the app,

you see the following menu on your mobile screen:

You will now be shown directly on the homepage https://bikemessenger24.com at your current location / in your city with a green gps point on the map!

If you would like to see directly, where the internet visitor of Radkurier24 can see you, then you can check it on the following page: https://bikemessenger24.com/testkarte/ zoome just to your current city.

If you move now, this point on the map does not move – it stays where it was – at the address were when you logged into the app.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

FIRST when you click “TRACKING STARTEN”,
Your live location (your current position) starts to move on the homepage (in 2-10 minute intervals).

“TRACKING STARTEN”: Should only be clicked when you are “on tour” to save battery and data volume!!!

It opens after you press “START TRACKING” on your phone a map on which your current transmitted viewpoint is displayed. This location will be broadcasted live on Radkurier24.com with approx. 2-10 minutes, until you click on “TRACKING ENDE” and then click on the button “LOGOUT” in the upper right corner!

If you’re in a location for longer, you can click “TRACKING ENDE”, which is better for your battery and data volume from your cell phone, and your customer can still contact you.

I understand that when I log in to the app, my location will be posted on Radkurier24.com. I understand the above rules and accept it *

4. LOGOUT:

If you do not log out correctly by using the LOGOFF button (in the open app on the top right), your locate point will remain visible to your customers. You must ALWAYS click on the LOGOFF button so that you are offline on the Radkurier24 map and not mistakenly booked by customers.

I understand that I can only finish the app by clicking the LOGOUT button (as described above) so I am offline on the Radkurier24 map and my location is no longer displayed on the internet. How I can compare that, I also understood. I have the o.g. Rules & Hints understood and stick to it *

5. YOUR PRICES:

A customer needs to know how much your performance costs, otherwise he will not contact you and hire you !!

If you are not sure, you can also make a flat rate or just charge per KM.

ATTENTION: EACH CITY HAS ANOTHER PRICE LEVEL / PRICE LEVEL – YOU SHOULD CHECK BY YOURSELF!

The important thing is to tell your customers how much that will cost BEFORE you start.

The customer should then shortly agree via SMS or messenger, so that the deal comes about.

Please keep in mind that the prices are not set too low because you have to pay your taxes to the tax office.

6. GOOGLE

We use a Google interface to use Google Maps and have your point of view transferred to the map.

I agree with the use of Google Maps (the terms of use have been communicated to me) and I am aware that my location is being transferred by Google as long as I am logged into the Radkurier24 app. *

If I want to update my location on the map of RADKURIER24.COM, I have to click on "START TRACKING", wait about 3 seconds and then go back to "TRACKING END" so that I can continue to be reachable by customers. Otherwise, the customer can indeed see my landmark, but do not click this point and thus not identify and contact me. A solution to this problem is currently being worked on. This will be fixed with the next version!
